Only individuals who have been selected through meticulous scrutiny and have received an official Letter of Invitation can attend NPHRS for honors. 

For Health Research Honors, eligible candidates must have a Master’s degree (MSc, MPH) in a relevant health science field, a Doctoral degree [PhD, MBBS (equivalent to MD), BDS, Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery, or Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery] in progress or completed, or be medical professionals [(MD/DO/MS/MCh/DM) in progress or completed].

For Health Outreach Honors, candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree [MBBS (equivalent to MD), BDS, Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery, or Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery], a Master’s degree (MPH, MSc) in progress or completed, or be medical professionals [(MD/DO/MS/MCh/DM) in progress or completed] in a relevant health field, with proven experience in community health outreach preferred.

For Health Service Honors, qualifications vary depending on the nominee. Common nominees include medical professionals (MD/DO/MS/MCh/DM) or healthcare administrators (MHA).

You can register for NPHRS through the official website. Registration typically opens several months before the event.

Yes, a nominal, non-profit, and non-refundable fee is associated with NPHRS Honors. However, there are no charges for the nomination process itself. After receiving the letter of selection, the fee is required to transition from nominee to honoree.

NPHRS includes honors ceremony, keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, poster presentations, and networking events.

NPHRS usually runs for 1-2 days, depending on the schedule of events and sessions.

If you’re unable to attend the event, your award will be sent to your address via courier after the NPHRS event. Please note that additional service fees may apply based on your location. Additionally, according to the NPHRS terms and conditions, some privileges, such as PR features, may be reduced if you are unable to attend. 

To retain these privileges, you may send an official representative to accept the honors on your behalf. Your representative can be a family member, friend, or anyone associated with you. However, you must inform NPHRS of your representative’s details 1 to 2 months prior to the event and provide their NRIC/Passport details.

The Nations Plenary Health and Research Summit (NPHRS) Honors is awarded only once per category and serves as a lifetime recognition. However, if you need a reissue due to loss, damage, or deterioration over time, you can request a reissue using your NPHRS UID by paying a fee of INR 1,000.

 

The NPHRS subscription is an annual program that allows past honorees to continue receiving recognition for their achievements in the same category for each subsequent year.

 

The NPHRS subscription costs INR 2,000 annually.

As a past NPHRS honoree, the subscription allows you to continue receiving recognition in the same category for your latest achievements, reflecting your best work each year. Opting for the subscription ensures that your most recent contributions are acknowledged, while also offering discounted, fixed attendance fees. Without the subscription, you would need to apply for a new category, undergo the review process again, and your newest accomplishments may not be recognized within the previous category.

No. Along with the INR 2,000 subscription fee, you must also pay the attendance fee, which varies depending on the event location. For example, the privileged, discounted attendance fee for the Tokyo event next year is INR 6,550 for past honorees. This fee covers honors, shipping (if you cannot attend), venue costs, news outlet features, and PR. The total is INR 6,550, and payment is required at least one month before the event. New applicants may face a variable fee based on event capacity.

Yes, as a past honoree, you can pay the subscription and attendance fees in installments. You can make separate payments for the INR 2,000 subscription fee and the attendance fee, which is INR 6,550 for the Tokyo event.
